The Power to Change Fund is a permanent fund of the World YWCA that endows leadership development programmes for women and girls worldwide. Equipped with skills, knowledge and resources women can be a powerful force in changing lives and communities around them. This has been the guiding vision behind the YWCA’s worldwide campaign to expand the resources and opportunities for the leadership development of women and girls.
