The World YWCA is committed to progressive, community-based leadership that is feminist, intergenerational, and sustainable, with programs led by and for women in response to the unique needs they see in their communities. With over a century of experience fighting for women’s rights and gender equality, we know that tackling the complex, pressing issues impacting women and girls today is more effective, strategic, and impactful when we work with others.
